Der SIAC Batterietausch kostet 11 EUR zzgl. MwSt., Zoll und Versand (sofern Zollgebühren anfallen).

Wir ersetzen SIAC-Batterien, bei denen die SIAC-Batterieteststation eine Warnung anzeigt, innerhalb von zwei Jahren nach dem SIAC-Produktionsdatum oder dem Datum des letzten Batteriewechsels aus Kulanzgründen kostenlos.

Sollte die SIAC repariert werden müssen, berechnen wir 27,30 EUR zzgl. MwSt., Zoll und Versand.

Wir senden Dir eine Rechnung zur Zahlung, nachdem wir die SIAC erhalten und bearbeitet haben.

Wir bitten um eine sichere Verpackung (gepolsterter Umschlag), um einen Verlust bzw. Beschädigung der SIAC auf dem Postweg zu vermeiden.

Versandhinweis für Kunden außerhalb der Europäischen Union

Versand am besten per Post / eingeschriebener Brief im gepolsterten Umschlag.

Auf dem Umschlag müssen für den Zoll folgende Informationen erkennbar sein:

  1. Wert (1 SIAC): bis 5 Euro
  2. Beschreibung: elektronisches Sportgerät zur Orts- und Zeiterfassung / zur Reparatur, Wertangabe nur für Zollzwecke
  3. Zolltarifnummer: 85235910
  4. EORI Nummer SPORTident: DE664882660000

The SIAC battery exchange costs EUR 11 plus VAT, customs duties and shipping (if customs duties apply).

We will replace SIAC batteries where the SIAC Battery Test Station indicates a warning within two years of the SIAC production or last battery exchange date free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.

If the SIAC needs to be repaired, we charge EUR 26 plus VAT, customs and shipping.

We will send you an invoice for payment after we have received and processed your SIAC.

We ask that you pack your SIAC securely (padded and tear-resistant envelope) to avoid loss or damage in the post.

Shipping information for customers outside the European Union

Shipping is best by post / registered letter in a padded envelope.

The following information must be visible to customs on the parcel:

  • Value (1 SIAC): up to 5 euros
  • Description: electronic sports equipment for location and time recording / for repair, value indication only for customs purposes
  • Customs tariff number: 85235910
  • EORI number SPORTident: DE664882660000

For customs declaration purpose before collecting your parcel at our Customs, please email us in advance the invoice of these SIAC that we could prepare paperwork for our Customs.
